Many of our landscape designs require provision of surveyor’s site-plans such as feature and levels surveys and/or boundary reestablishment surveys.
Some of our clients already have such documents relating to their property – in which case our design team will request a copy of these documents.
For those who don’t have property surveys – it may be necessary to arrange this with a surveying contractor.
Our design team are happy to provide advice about which documents (if-any) are required for this project. Our team can arrange for surveys on your behalf at the rate of cost plus 10%.
